Refund Policy
An administration charge of £50 + VAT will be payable on any book returned.
This charge may be waived if
you have made a genuine error in ordering and you notify us in writing (by letter, fax or e-mail) of the
error and return the product to us in saleable condition within 7 days of the invoice date.
In all other
cases you will be charged the full price.
For online subscriptions the cancellation period is 3 days.
